MD/BB tryouts are starting THIS weekend with the following ice times:
1. Saturday, September 24 - Rink 1 @ 9:00am
2. Sunday, September 25 - Rink 2 @ 8:30am
3. Monday, September 26 - Rink 1 @ 6:00pm
4. Tuesday, September 27 - Rink 1 @ 5:00pm
5. Thursday, September 29 - Rink 3 @ 5:30pm

What is Minor Development (MD)/BB hockey?
- BB (Formerly MD) hockey is first level of Competitive hockey and is available to U8/Minor Novice to U18/Midget players.
- The local associations offer one BB/MD team per division where registration numbers and player development allow it.
- BB/MD teams can play Hockey Canada/ US Hockey BB/B 'Rep' and 'A' level tournaments and exhibition games outside of the Alliance.
- At the 2022 Alliance AGM, a motion was passed to change the MD Classification to BB. For clarity, BB is aligned with MD Tier 1 and B is aligned with MD Tier 2. All MD teams will now be referred to as BB.
Registration
You must register online for MD/BB tryouts prior to the first skate which can be done on the
BMHA website.
